Refund policy

All returns must be pre-approved by Forbidden Rituals® and received within fourteen (14) business days of authorization of the return. Please email the Customer Service Department and speak with the Returns Agent for more information. A Return Authorization is required for all returns.

 

Refunds 
Please note refunds are not issued. Forbidden Rituals® must receive a returned product before a store credit will be issued. There is a processing fee on returned products. The customer is responsible for shipping costs on returned products unless shipping costs are waived when the Return Authorization is approved.

 

Size Exchanges
Only select items are eligible for size exchanges, including tops, garter belts, and dresses. All other items are final sale and cannot be exchanged. Size exchanges are subject to availability and must follow the same Return Authorization process.

Forbidden Rituals® reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.

 

PLEASE MAKE NOTE AND READ IN THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION, WHICH ITEMS ARE MADE TO ORDER AS THESE WILL BE FINAL SALE. We are making the item based on your order and may not be returned for a refund, store credit, or exchanged. For all other items, refunds will only be issued if a product arrives damaged. Otherwise, it is exchange or store credit only. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

 

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes. Please contact customer care at contact@forbidden-rituals.com

 

Warranty
We offer a 30-day warranty on all our items. In case of any damage or defect within the stipulated time, we will replace the item with a new one. You must first send an email to contact@forbidden-rituals.com explaining the dissatisfaction with the product along with a clear photo; we appreciate it if you provide as many details as possible, as all feedback helps us improve.

 

**The warranty applies to the following cases:

Defective printing, misaligned or overlapping printing, printing with gaps, printing with stains. Tears or perforations, loose seams, unadjusted elastic, broken threads, defective fasteners or zippers, unfinished seams. Color migration, color fastness, broken fibers.

After 30 days, we may, but are not obligated to, attempt to assist with repairs, which may include providing replacement parts such as fasteners, cords, buttons, etc., to the extent that these elements or repair services are and will be subject to the analysis of each case by the responsible area, but we will not provide a replacement, product substitution, or refund after 30 days.

 

Sales and discounts
No exchanges or returns are accepted for merchandise on sale under any circumstances.
